Stage 1 Consultation Documents (2022)
This page provides information that was shared with the community and stakeholders during the Stage 1 consultation in 2022. Since then a review of the scheme has taken place and as a result of that exercise, and comments received during the consultation, the proposals have evolved. Updated information will be shared on this website once the project is ready to hold its Stage 2 consultation (expected to be held during Summer 2025).
